DigitalMYnd and Target Research Group Launch the Immersive Marketing Insights (IMI) Program
New syndicated consumer intelligence program combines behavioral, quantitative, and qualitative insights to help food, beverage, and personal care brands make smarter product, marketing, and growth decisions.
August 11, 2026 — DigitalMYnd, the industry leader in synthesizing behavioral, quantitative, and qualitative insights, and Target Research Group, the leader in product research, today announced a strategic partnership to launch the Immersive Marketing Insights (IMI) Program for the food, beverage, and personal care categories.
Launching in September 2026, the Immersive Marketing Insights (IMI) Program will give participating brands an ongoing, multidimensional view of consumers, combining what people actually do, what they say, and the motivations behind their decisions.
The program will draw upon a permissioned audience of more than 13 million consumers and include 6,000 quantitative surveys and more than 400 in-depth qualitative interviews conducted across six annual research waves. Insights will be released throughout the year, with monthly reporting and comprehensive quarterly strategic updates.
The program will track current trends, projected behaviors and preferences, and the most effective strategies for targeting, product development, and advertising across key consumer segments. As a syndicated program, IMI provides a cost-effective way to access immersive research methodologies, ongoing strategic guidance, and continuous market tracking. Additional category studies are available upon request.
Allen R. DeCotiis, Ph.D., Chairman and CEO of DigitalMYnd, commented, "The IMI Program is a unique opportunity for participants to conduct ongoing strategy development, product development, and targeting effectively and efficiently in a market flooded with disparate data from disparate methodologies, which can produce spurious results."
“Successful innovation isn't about reacting to today's trends. It's about understanding where consumer behavior is heading," said Greg Spagna, CEO of Target Research Group. "IMI gives brands an ongoing view of changing behaviors, preferences, and market dynamics so they can develop products and strategies with greater confidence.”
IMI is the first of several solutions that will emerge from the partnership. By combining Target Research Group's expertise in product innovation and in-situ research with DigitalMYnd's integrated behavioral, quantitative, and qualitative capabilities, the partnership will enable brands to understand consumers in more contexts, at more moments, and with greater confidence.
